2005 Vauxhall Monaro VXR

The Monaro is a car produced by Holden, the Australian branch of General Motors. The Monaro was produced from 1968 to 1979, and then re-introduced onto the Australian and New Zealand markets in 2001 (discontinued in late 2005). Since 1968, three generations of the Monaro have been produced.

The Vauxhall Monaro VXR is the more powerfull version of the standard Monaro, where the standard version has a 5.7 Litre V8 engine. The Monaro VXR has is powered by a 6.0-litre Corvette LS2 V8 engine.
The VXR's 6.0L V8 puts out 404 bhp and a massive 530lbs/ft of tourque.

As if the Monaro VXR wasn't enough the creators of this beast sat down one day and said "I know...lets supercharge it!" and for a limited time in 2006 Vauxhall produced the " Monaro VXR500" it was called VXR500 because of how much power now has thanks to the supercharger (504bhp) thats 100bhp increase to the standard VXR. Only 50 were made for the UK market.
