The Summary:

Congratulations to all the finalists, you've put up a great fight, but the winners had to hold their own against any competition, stand out from the crowd anywhere! And so, even though it was the runner up of group 2, CF Ghost, by Dr. Motor made it right to the final, standing the test of time and earning the votes of fellow tuners consistently, coming up against a car that has had an easier path, E-Volante. E-Volante continued it's domination, and D-ToX once again proved he is the "Underground 2 King" The 3rd spot went to baumaxx1's Vulcan, which is still an honor considering the difficulties of the battle system.
