The 22nd challenge. This was the first and only NFSU competition where custom vinyls were allowed. The winner got a NFSU2 t-shirt. There were 8 entries, the lowest number in any SR Challenge so far. The reason was of course that creating custom vinyls were much harder than just using game vinyls.
