No Bonus Cars

the list isnt right for bonus cars. almost none of them are available at the start.

Make sure you have the Collector's Edition. Bonus cars are only available during Quick Race in the Custom Car selection menu.

Go to Reward Cards on the main menu. You should see 4 cards to an unlock. If you do all of the 4 cards, you will gain the unlock. To get a car unlock, it is only available in Quick Races -> Custom Cars.
